Summa Dat Que (SDQ, formerly ScoobyDoobyQue) has a solid team base with an ever changing support cast that help out when needed and ensure we don’t get blown away during the rain storms and that our turn-ins don’t fall off the golf cart. Paul Hirsch
Over 20 years of experience stemming from the back-yard to the professional circuit, Paul got his start with competition BBQ by becoming a KCBS Certified BBQ Judge in the spring of 2009. After various attempts and failures – as is the fate of competition – he saw success which grew from the pains and developed a recipe for achieving goals.
He spends his time studying barbecue science, testing recipes, snapping tasty food photos, and architecting web solutions for small, medium, and large businesses.
